Uncle’s Pizzeria & Co. was created right here in Fort Collins, but the name comes from family roots. The Marlin
family was growing and Garretts’ older brother had the first grandchild of the four Marlin boys. The Marlin brothers
then became “ Uncle’s ” and that is where the name of the restaurant comes from.

The restaurant was created by Garrett & Dennis Marlin in 2006 and is a neighborhood restaurant that offers the best
craft pizza and homemade pastas here in town.

Uncle’s all started on West Plum street in a tiny CSU dorm kitchen. For a year Garrett spent his time testing and creatingthe pizza that our guests love and crave. With no prior culinary trianing, Garrett spent everyday baking pizzas, testingrecipes and working to create the original recipes that are used in the restaurant today. The attention to detail andpasssion for pizza is the same for Uncle’s homemade pasta. Cooking for friends and family is why Uncle’s Pizzeria &Co. was created. We are grateful for the support and love from Northern Colorado.
